CURTIS SALGADO TO UNDERGO ADDITIONAL SURGERY…. NOVEMBER 2007 SOUTHWEST U.S. TOUR TO BE RESCHEDULED

October 20, 2007

CURTIS SALGADO IS SCHEDULED FOR PRECAUTIONARY SURGERY THIS COMING WEEK IN OMAHA, NEBRASKA ACCORDING TO HIS MANAGER SHANE TAPPENDORF.

Curtis Salgado is scheduled for precautionary surgery this coming week in Omaha, Nebraska according to his manager Shane Tappendorf.

In June, doctors discovered a spot on Curtis’s lung and decided that surgery was required after subsequent x-rays in September had revealed that the spot had grown in size. Curtis will be hospitalized for a period of 5 to 7 days and then is scheduled to return home to Portland, Oregon where he will spend approximately four weeks of recovery time.

The November Southwest U.S. tour throughout California, Nevada and Arizona has been cancelled with the hope of rescheduling sometime during the first few months of 2008.

Curtis said this week “I’m feeling great and appreciate every phone call, card, letter and visit. I am especially grateful to all of the promoters and venues for their support and understanding regarding this most recent medical situation.”

Anyone wishing to send a card or note to Curtis may do so by writing to Odaglas LLC, 6105 NE Alder St. Ste. L, Hillsboro, OR 97124.

Donations are still being accepted in an effort to help Curtis with costs, expenses and loans associated with his recent liver transplant. Donations can be made at any US Bank and/or sent to “Curtis Salgado Fund” c/o US Bancorp, 2550 NW 188th Avenue, Hillsboro, OR 97124
