THE CURTIS SALGADO BAND, IN AN EFFORT TO HELP RAISE FUNDS FOR SHO DOZONO’S MAYORIAL CAMPAIGN, WILL PERFORM AT JIMMY MAK’S MAY 9, 2008. TOM GRANT & DEVIN PHILLIPS WILL ALSO PERFORM AT THE EVENT.
CURTIS SALGADO BAND TO PERFORM FUND-RAISER FOR SHO DOZONO
The Curtis Salgado Band, in an effort to help raise funds for Sho Dozono’s mayorial campaign, will perform at Jimmy Mak’s May 9, 2008. Tom Grant & Devin Phillips will also perform at the event.
Although our policy regarding fund-raisers has been “no candidates, only causes,” we felt it was important to support Sho’s decision to continue his campaign when public financing was withdrawn. Sho’s commitment to stay in the race will insure the debate on Portland’s future.

CONCERT FOR CURTIS II … MERCHANDISE NOW AVAILABLE!
A Concert For Curtis II was produced in the Silva Concert Hall at the Hult Center for the Performing Arts in Eugene, OR on April 29, 2007. An all-star cast including Steve Miller, Jimmie Vaughan, Charlie Musslewhite, Kim Wilson and Little Charlie & the Nightcats came together to help raise funds for Curtis’s liver transplant expenses. Merchandise from this historical evening is now available. All proceeds will donated to the Curtis Salgado Fund in an effort to help Curtis with expenses and debt related to his medical situation.
